The PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Communications Advisor to join its Marketing and Corporate Communications department. The Communications Advisor will be part of the Employee & Executive Communications team, which includes Enterprise Communications and People & Culture Communications. Among other areas, the team leads internal communications for Human Resources, Internal Audit, CFO Organization, Legal | Ethics, Independent Risk Management, Marketing & Communications, the Office of the Regional Presidents, and PNC’s chairman and CEO. The team also manages PNC’s corporate recognition programs.
The Communications Advisor will report to the Senior Communications Manager of Enterprise Communications and can be based in Pittsburgh, PA or one of the other Marketing & Communications locations listed.
As Communications Advisor, you will work collaboratively across and beyond Marketing and Corporate Communications to:
• Support PNC's enterprise content strategy, including intranet, email, digital signage and enterprise event communications.
• Provide design support for internal enterprise initiatives, such as digital signage, intranet graphics, email banners, internal templates and more.
• Assist with communications for key organizational areas, such as the CFO Organization, Independent Risk Management, Legal | Ethics, Office of the Regional Presidents and Marketing & Communications.
• Support enterprise metrics strategy and biannual intranet site reviews to ensure effectiveness and alignment with best practices.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Description
- Independently designs, develops, produces and consults on a variety of internal and external communications. Implements strategic priorities and initiatives. Consults on a variety of internal and external communications.
- Plans, researches, and develops content for increasingly complex communications initiatives.
- Identifies issues and opportunities, helps to contribute on all aspects of communication with the organization, and engages other parts of the organization to help ensure strategic alignment, clarity, and accuracy of message.
- Proactively collects and synthesizes data in order to identify trends. Readily identifies tactical and strategic implications.
- Actively participates on cross-functional teams, influences outcomes, and evaluates success as appropriate. Implements and oversees activities including approval requirements, coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Helps partner with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $134,550.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
