  • JOB TITLE: Commercial Servicing Team Leader
  • SALARY: £34,100
  • LOCATION(S): Douglas, Isle of Man
  • HOURS: Full-time – 35 hours a week  
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

About this Opportunity

As Team Leader within the Commercial Servicing Team, part of the Isle of Man Client Delivery Team, you’ll lead four colleagues within the Team. You’ll support the delivery of high-quality servicing for complex corporate customer demands. Working closely with the Fiduciary, Funds, and Corporate front-line business, you’ll help ensure operational excellence while guiding your team to meet service standards. This role focuses on day-to-day team co-ordination, relationship support, and continuous improvement of customer processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with front-line corporate teams to support their needs
  • Develop and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce customer effort
  • Manage team performance using workflow tools, identifying strengths and areas for improvement
  • Support internal customers and help manage client relationships
  • Lead and coach team members to meet productivity and service standards
  • Investigate compliance issues and suggest improvements to systems and procedures

What you’ll need

  • Experience in leading operational teams within a large organisation
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyse performance data and identify areas for improvement
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
