The Commercial Management & Business Transformation Senior Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing innovative commercial models for telesales channels to drive high performance and cost efficiency. The role leads transformation projects, manages strategic partners, and ensures operational excellence. It involves leveraging market insights and sales data to optimize profitability, collaborating with Finance on budget governance, and championing programs that enhance productivity and deliver incremental sales growth.
What are you accountable for?
1) Develop new commercial model(s) for Telesales channels to govern sales performance and generate positive behaviours among the agents, team leaders and partners. Complete ownership of the sales channel’s incentives and reward models. Strategize and execute commercial models that lead to high sales performance while introducing cost saving opportunities.
2) Lead and execute projects related to channel transformation and operational excellence including strategic partner selection and management, controls for fraud prevention, automation exploration, and training frameworks.
3) Liaison with sales partners to ensure strong profitability and create win-win scenarios for both the company and sales partners. Real-time feedback to Reporting Team and Product Specialists to aim for high profitability campaigns that are aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
4) Leverage key insights based on sales history, current market trends and competitive analysis to make changes that lead to best-in-class commercial model(s).
5) Liaison with internal Finance department on budget tracking and cost efficiency projects. Participate in and govern the Annual Operating Budget for a sales channel and ensure billing accuracies to avoid cost expenditure leakages for the company.
6) Design and champion effective plus innovative programmes that lead to incremental sales productivity of outsourced partners to ensure overall channel’s sales achievements. The outcome is to achieve highly productive agents
What do you need to have for this role?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in commercial strategy, sales channel management, and business transformation.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and sales data for decision-making.
Experience in partner management, incentive design, and fraud prevention controls.
Knowledge of budgeting, cost optimization, and financial governance processes.
Excellent project management skills with ability to lead transformation initiatives.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting dashboards is an advantage.
