Job Summary
The Commercial Loan Operations Administrative Associate provides entry-level administrative support for the Commercial Loan Operations team. This role assists with organizing loan documentation, preparing files for imaging, coordinating records retention, and supporting the day-to-day workflow within the department. This is an entry-level position requiring no prior experience. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. The role offers training on internal systems, processes, and procedures, and provides an excellent opportunity to build foundational knowledge in commercial loan operations.
Pay Range: $19.14 - $24.89 - $27.45

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing, filing, and maintaining physical and digital copies of commercial loan documents. Learn to navigate internal systems such as nCino, ACBS, AFSVision, and DNA.
- Prepare loan files for scanning and imaging. Ensure proper labeling, indexing, and classification of documents with oversight from senior staff.
- Help track the receipt of loan documentation and supporting materials from internal teams and external parties. Escalate missing items to the appropriate team members.
- Support document routing, scanning, and retention activities in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Respond to basic document requests and assist in locating files for audits, internal reviews, or quality checks under team guidance.
- Provide general office and administrative assistance, including copying, mailing, labeling, and archiving.
- Perform basic tasks to support document lifecycle management, such as labeling folders, archiving materials, and preparing items for storage or secure disposal.
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Participate in training sessions to build knowledge of commercial loan operations.
- Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned.
- Consistently adhere to compliance and regulatory standards linked to the job.
- Complete all required compliance training and remain accountable to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or Foreign Equivalent.
- No prior banking or administrative experience required.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to learn quickly, detail orientation, and reliable follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some coursework or exposure to Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interest in financial services or operations.
