Our Newest Opportunity:
OneDigital is seeking a motivated team player to join our Commercial Lines department as a Marketing Analyst and Certificate Processor. This individual will work directly with Account Managers, Client Executives and Insurance Companies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
· Create and maintain marketing submissions ensuring accurate and timely transfer of information between
OneDigital team and insurance companies.
· Access insurance company websites to quote new and renewal insurance business.
· Correspond with insurance carriers to obtain loss history reports, experience modification worksheets, and
finalized proposals
· Update the Epic agency management system to reflect all correspondence and results
· Offer current market guidance to Account Managers and Client Executives
· Attend in-person and virtual meetings/trainings/special events held by insurance companies. Take notes to
share essential information with the department.
· Create and distribute Certificates of insurance
· Assist with other projects as assigned by manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
· Experience with Microsoft office products including Outlook, Word and Excel
· Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems as applicable.
· Proficiency in Applied / Epic or ability to learn these programs.
· Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
· Ability to manage client needs and multiple tasks.
· Strong respect for confidentiality and attention to detail.
· Strong Time Management skills
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Education, Training and Experience:
· A high school diploma, two years of college or two years experience in the insurance industry is preferred
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $42,500 to $45,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
