What You’ll Do

  • Insurance Maestro: Update insurance summaries, ensuring they reflect the latest changes and are primed for renewal.
  • Tech-Savvy Organizer: Input data into our state-of-the-art database and manage electronic client profiles like a pro.
  • Communication Guru: Become the bridge between clients and insurance companies, answering queries and building trust.
  • Operational Whiz: Ensure our filing system is sleek, and timely reminders are sent for renewals and accounts receivables.
  • Team Player Extraordinaire: Assist your colleagues in various capacities, ensuring a seamless client experience.

What You’ll Need for Success

  • RIBO Licensed, or the drive to obtain it within your initial months here.
  • A knack for Microsoft Office and familiarity with broker management systems.
  • 1-2 years in an admin-support role or insight into the construction industry? Brownie points!
  • An innate desire to learn, paired with top-tier organizational skills.
