The EMEA Graduate Rotation Program is a new and exciting 12 month program which welcomes ambitious graduates who would like to begin their career journey within sales and solution engineering.
It is a rotational program designed to give graduates exposure to both sales development and solution engineering. Having built the foundational skills and passed all required eligibility and readiness criteria, our graduates can then go on to pursue one of these two clear career paths. Our Top Graduates can potentially promote to the career path of their choice, (depending on business demand) by month 7 of the program.
Our graduate program is a fully immersive program combining comprehensive learning paths, in-role experience, customer interaction and mentorship from senior sales and solution engineering professionals.

What does our New EMEA Graduate Program Look like
The Program is structured as follows:
Introduction Month
During your first month you will have extensive onboarding enablement in a Salesforce-like academy, where you will:
Get immersed in the culture of salesforce and truly understand our values
Develop an understanding of our solutions, technologies and tools.
Learn critical professional skills for your career in salesforce
Structured learning calendar with sessions & hands-on workshops led by experts and program alumni
Rotations
During this Graduate Program you will have the opportunity to experience the Sales Graduate Path and the Solution Engineering Graduate Path. The structure for both are similar, for both you will spend 60% of your time immersed in the role, you will have clear tasks, clear targets and you will align with key stakeholders and the other 40% of your time will be spent on role specific learning. You will be paired with buddies with experience in the path.
If during your first rotation (months 2 through to month 4) are on the Solution Engineering Graduate Rotation, then you will join the Sales Graduate Rotation (from month 5 through to 7) and vice versa. So in the these 6 months you will have exposure to both roles. Your time spent mastering the fundamentals of both these roles during these rotations will empower you to be even more productive and impactful when you eventually promote.
Throughout the rotations there will be self paced certification and skills assessment. You will be required to meet all readiness eligibility criteria before you can Panel for Promotion.
An Example of what you can expect during the specific rotations
The Sales Graduate Rotation
You will be taught salesforce’s best in class prospecting and qualification methodologies
You will learn how to use social, digital, video, chat and phone platforms to effectively engage with Salesforce prospects
You will collaborative with Sales Development Specialists to run campaigns and help build sales pipeline for the EMEA Sales organisation
The Solution Engineer Graduate Rotation
You will have the opportunity to learn our solutions at a deeper more technical level
You work closely with the solution engineering organisation supporting them in building cutting edge customer demonstrations
You will learn the art of customer discovery & how to create a customer point of view
What you will be doing?
During your rotation in Solution Engineering: You will Support on Customer Research, create Point of Views for Customers, Requests for Information (RFIs) to customers, Build Demos and Business Value Mapping
During your rotation in Sales: You will conduct Company Research & New Contact Identification for Business Development Representatives (Customer-360), Calling Archived Leads & pipe sourcing, Lead Processing

Setting you up for career success in salesforce
With our Graduate Program we are hiring Graduates who will ultimately take one of two career paths; sales or solution engineering. These are complementary roles and having the fundamental skills for both will ensure that our Graduates are positioned for success in either role. Having the skills of solution engineering will ensure that our grads who take the sales path will have deeper knowledge of our solutions, which will help them have stronger discovery skills and give them greater exposure to the later stages of the sales cycle. For our grads taking the solution engineering path, they will have learned all about the early stages of the sales cycle, how to build rapport, they will use industry leading sales methodologies to qualify opportunities, they will learn frameworks on how to handle objections all of which are critical skills to enhance their performance when they promote to a solution engineering. Ultimately sales and solution engineers will work very closely together and another critical benefit of this rotation programme is that it will enhance the alignment between these teams
What are the next steps after the Graduate Programme?
With this exclusive graduate programme we are looking to hire Graduates who are looking to build a career in salesforce. Our Graduate Programme dovetails into the clearly set out career paths for Sales and Solution Engineering. The initial approximate 3 years of these career paths are based in the Dublin Tower, Ireland Hub. So it is important that are graduates are open to a commitment of 3+ years relocation to Dublin after 3 years they will have options to continue their career in Country.
The Grads on the Sales Path will progress to Sales Development Representative( the team who qualify leads), then to Business Development Representative (The team who prospect) and then they will become an Account Executive ( the team who close the deals). In some instances, this path may vary or be subject to change.
The Grads on the Solution Engineering path can progress to Associate Solution Engineer and rise to work at every customer level ESB, SMB, GRB.
