Role Purpose

Support KOKI’s growth strategy by strengthening sales effectiveness, processes, and tools across NA region. This role enhances the performance and readiness of KOKI’s commercial teams through structured enablement, analytics, and process excellence; ensuring alignment to KOKI’s 6 Behaviors and performance culture.

Key Deliverables

  • Sales Performance & Insights:
    Support the design and maintenance of KPIs, dashboards, and performance to improve visibility and decision-making across sales regions.
  • Sales Enablement:
    Develop and update sales playbooks, learning materials, and best-practice toolkits that reinforce contemporary selling techniques and customer-first behaviors.
  • CRM & Process Optimization:
    Drive data accuracy, adoption, and efficiency in CRM usage. Standardize core sales processes (forecasting, opportunity management, pipeline reviews).
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Consolidate sales and market data to deliver insights on conversion, pricing, and margin performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and HR to ensure commercial excellence initiatives are aligned, practical, and embedded in daily routines.
