Job Title: Project Manager – CMD Sales Operations
We're looking for a highly motivated and strategic Project Manager to join our Sales Operations team. This role is the central hub for driving critical programs and initiatives across the EMEA sales organization. You won't just manage projects; you'll be instrumental in translating the EMEA commercial strategy into operational reality, ensuring our sales teams have the infrastructure and programs needed to hit their strategic and growth targets. In addition, you are in charge of coordinating the local team in Budapest.
What will you do?
- Lead complex programs, defining and committing to a clear work plan to deliver successful business results.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear, measurable project plans, handle timelines, define resource requirements, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive and supervise all project work, making sure that problems are rapidly identified and resolved, applying innovative project management tools and techniques to deliver on commitments and in some instances follow specific regulatory requirements.
- Lead project communications and approval reviews, providing clear and concise communication to all levels of the team and management.
- Estimate resource demand to ensure accurate staffing of the program for all functions.
- Continuously prioritize tasks, maintain an overview on program status and identify and mitigate any risks or issues.
- Empower and provide constructive input to team members, ensuring project work is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Collaborate with Commercial Leaders to understand and support regional strategy, consider projects and programs to enable delivery and bring prioritization, governance and execution to the organization
- Collaborate with wider team on defining solutions, project approaches, workstreams and required resources.
- Lead and coach locally based team by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and fostering an inclusive environment that supports professional growth, engagement, and accountability.

Education
PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification
Experience
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, planning, process development, and problem-solving skills
- Project Management experience, within a commercial function
- Experience leading cross-functional programs
- Ability to lead multiple projects at the same time
- Passionate about leading, motivating, and developing others
- Fluent in English.
- Strong customer facing experience
- Strong attention to detail
