Location/Division Specific Information

This position is based in Budapest, Hungary, within the Commercial Excellence team of our Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD).

Join us in a role where you'll support regional data insights for the commercial sales team and enable data-driven decision-making. Drive commercial performance by connecting global metrics to individual sales leaders and account managers. Utilize analytical skills and process acumen to deliver commercial outcomes. Design sales territories to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency, analyzing territory performance and making adjustments to improve sales effectiveness.

A Day in the Life:

  • Identify trends and drive central initiatives by analyzing sales data to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support strategic business reviews at multiple levels and perform ad-hoc reporting where needed.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly analytical processes and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and alignment and implement action plans for key performance indicators.
  • Enhance tools and processes like Salesforce, Power BI, and Territory Planning to support sales processes and improve functionality.
  • Train colleagues on new processes and tools, measure adoption and accuracy, and ensure global alignment where possible.
  • Design and manage sales territories to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency, analyze territory performance, and make adjustments to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to align territory design with business goals and provide training and support to sales teams on territory management best practices.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience needed.

Experience

  • 5 years' experience in Sales Operations, Marketing, IT, or Finance.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools like MS Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence partners.
  • Understanding of sales processes and guidelines.
  • Experience in territory design and management is a plus.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Able to work in an office setting, using standard office equipment.
