  • FanDuel is seeking a Commercial Category Coordinator to support the MLB, College Football, and College Basketball categories within our Sportsbook business. This role will assist with the coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring all efforts are organized, on track, and aligned to category goals and messaging. The coordinator will assist with campaign planning and execution, support sport-specific projects, and help maintain accurate documentation and reporting initiatives. This position reports to the Captain of the MLB, College Football, and College Basketball categories.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

 

THE GAME PLAN

  • For the sport categories of MLB, College Football, and College Basketball,
  • Support the Category Captain and the broader team with coordination and organization of key projects and campaign activities.
  • Help collect and organize inputs that inform sport strategies, ensuring documentation and alignment across teams.
  • Assist in tracking and summarizing industry updates, including competitor activity, market trends, and best practices.
  • Maintain a calendar of key sporting and campaign moments across the company.
  • Assist in communicating campaign plans and updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Become an expert on your specific sports — know the storylines & fan dynamics and help bring that knowledge to life in our strategies, campaigns and activations.
  • Help coordinate launch timelines and deployment of marketing assets for campaigns during some of the biggest sporting moments of the year.
  • Assist in preparing creative briefs and requests with guidance to execute campaign deliverables.
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials for sport commercial and campaign performance with guidance from senior team members.
  • Help compile and share weekly or monthly performance snapshots, flagging notable risks, opportunities, and trends for the team to review.

The applicable hourly range for this position is $29.33 - 36.54 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
