We have big plans ahead and are looking for a rockstar Commercial Associate to join us in building our GTM team.

The Role

You’ll be the driving force behind Encord’s future growth, owning the top of the funnel and helping convert opportunities into revenue. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll master outbound strategy, develop a deep understanding of our product and customers, and play a key role in how we scale our GTM engine.

You’ll spend your time across two core areas:

Pipeline Generation: Strategically identify, research, and engage high-potential prospects across priority verticals and regions. You’ll own multi-channel outreach, craft messaging that resonates with technical and commercial buyers, and consistently create high-quality opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with Growth and Sales to test campaigns, refine targeting, and set the standard for excellence in outbound execution.

Mid-Funnel Support: Partner with Account Executives to progress opportunities through evaluation. This includes helping shape business cases, coordinating follow-ups, supporting demos and trials, and ensuring prospects have a seamless experience from first contact through to close. You’ll gain exposure to full-funnel deal cycles and learn how to manage complex enterprise sales motions.
Within 12–18 months, you’ll be in a strong position to move into a closing, leadership, or specialist role, whether that’s Sales, Solutions, or another commercial path. High performers who demonstrate ownership and impact will have the opportunity to progress even sooner.
