We’ll be looking for you to grow the business in your assigned territory; by signing, negotiating, and activating new Western Union agents and managing business development activities with existing agents.
Role Responsibilities
Support and supervise agent activation and regularly visit high-performing locations and be responsible for the Agent lifecycle for all independents in your assigned territory.
Cover the casualties and absent areas of premises with sub-agencies, considering the need for the network and the location of the competition.
Report news and/or inconveniences that occur with your client portfolio, as well as the development of the assigned tasks and follow-up.
Review the actions carried out at the sales level or the needs of your portfolio that need to be handled personally and deliver and withdraw commercial documentation.
Daily review of transaction reports sent by the Operations department.
Role Requirements
2 or more years of client-facing sales experience and customer service in a multicultural environment.
Ability to work independently and possess strong decision-making skills.
Interpersonal skills to negotiate, present and listen to your agents, and build trust and confidence with them, while you are reporting your strategy and achievements on a weekly basis to your direct supervisor.
Analytical, organized, and methodical.
Attention to detail and problem-solving.
Intermediate/Advanced Excel.
Teamwork attitude.
Intermediate English.
This position will require regular travel within a defined territory (provinces), and for that reason, you will need to own a car and have a valid driver’s license.
