Applies the core principles of insurance to everyday situations and demonstrates the skills and knowledge to understand specific needs or requirements that may require an inventive approach. Typically, an individual contributor; works with rare guidance or supervision. Performs more advanced responsibilities and are primary points of contact for the clients they oversee. Develops coverage strategy and plan. Sr. Account Managers have their own accounts and likely work with more complex or demanding clients. Required to have the necessary insurance license(s).
