Seeking a customer-focused professional with experience in print services and reprographics to join our team supporting Collins Aerospace's enterprise print services operations and local print center. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple high priority tasks and be passionate about delivering operational excellence in print services.

**This is onsite position in Cedar Rapids, IA**

What YOU will do:

  • Interacting with internal customers to understand their print service needs and provide solutions

  • Coordinating and prioritizing multiple print and reprographic jobs to meet tight deadlines

  • Operating and maintaining printer environment, reprographic equipment, and printer infrastructure

  • Identifying and resolving technical issues with print services hardware and software

  • Monitoring and managing supplies like paper, toner, and other consumables to ensure smooth operations.

  • Working closely with other team members to manage workflow, job/project statuses, and overseeing a successful operational printing environment  

  • Identifying opportunities to streamline operations and improve the efficiency of print services and the Print Center

  • Partner with colleagues to maintain and support print services infrastructure.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for label printers, supporting refresh efforts, incident management, and troubleshooting activities.

Qualifications YOU Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience If position is Engineering/Other Technical Position:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).

  • Experience supporting enterprise-level printing operations or a centralized print center.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and Senior Leadership

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities with both hardware and software.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

  • High attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Familiarity with label printing equipment and printer infrastructure is a plus.

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
