Job Description

The Pricing Analyst Co-op will support the Pricing and Programming team in ensuring pricing accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and enhancing pricing processes for Milwaukee products. This hands-on role offers exposure to pricing strategy, data management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn pricing systems and tools. This position includes a meaningful project that will provide practical experience and measurable impact.

What You Will Do

  • Proposed Project - Pricing Discrepancy Tracking & Analysis Tool

  • Assist with price updates and promotional setup in pricing systems.

  • Analyze pricing discrepancies on EDI orders and support resolution.

  • Support issuance of credits for approved pricing claims.

  • Maintain and organize pricing documentation, SOPs, and reports.

  • Generate pricing reports for sales and marketing teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing-related matters.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements.

What You Will Bring

  • Must be currently enrolled in a post secondary co-op program.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced functions)

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud, SAP Hybris, or Power BI is an asset

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
