Summary
We are looking for a Consultant Business Analyst, to perform detailed project analysis, using techniques that enable a highly iterative delivery approach of continuous requirements identification and just-in-time definition of requirements. Optimizing, and while ensuring adherence of standards across the Global Client Onboarding Change & Transformation Initiative Portfolio. Ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, driving business value, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Responsible for serving across a variety of projects on single large scale, multiple projects or a work stream of projects. Related to system changes, global market changes, system migrations, and other projects in the Client Account Opening & Asset Transition domain.
High level business understanding of financial markets, client onboarding and related systems is preferred. The candidate should have good Project documentation skills and be able to work through multiple or at times conflicting priorities with an eye for detail. The individual will play a key role during the onset of a project or program by helping define scope and create requirements working closely with business partners to understand and translate needs. This role works with IT during the design, development, and testing phase. Functional expertise is required.
Should be well versed with project lifecycle and end to end software development life cycle, possess effective communication and presentation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Additionally, innovative thought process to provide tactical as well as strategic solutions to business teams is expected.
Major Duties
Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact Work closely with Technology solution teams and coordinate with Business SME’s to independently drive projects for Global Client Onboarding (GCO). May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees Responsible for providing timely status update and delivery of projects to Business Process mapping using Visio or other relevant tools Project stakeholder management More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas Delivers a work product that requires less revision Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions Documentation of BRD using a range of elicitation techniques in both waterfall and agile projects
