As a CNC Setup Operator – 2nd Shift, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and preparing CNC lathes and milling machines for production. You will perform machine changeovers, install tooling and fixtures, verify offsets, and support operators to ensure consistent and accurate part production. This onsite position reports to the Production Supervisor and involves collaboration with fellow setup staff, operators, and the quality team.Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Experience setting up CNC lathes and / or CNC milling machines
Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges and other precision tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Basic math skills
Knowledge of safety standards and company policies.

Working Conditions
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company’s Franklin location in New Hampshire. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
