Description

1. Coordinates, integrates, directs and leads assigned program areas encompassing a broad scope of responsibilities.

2. Collaborates with the Arkansas Children's Foundation leadership team to establish and execute work plans and strategies that advance the philanthropic profile of Arkansas Children's.

3. Builds relationships with advisors, board members, donors, prospects and volunteers to deepen their loyalty and encourage higher levels of support and involvement.

4. Builds departmental budgets and manages allocated resources to achieve desired departmental and program results.

5. Builds effective teams by attracting highly skilled employees, integrates new staff to their jobs and into the organization and develops and retains skilled employees to meet current and future business objectives.

6. Develops departmental and organizational quality improvement processes that include goals and performance targets.

7. In compliance with Arkansas Children's Fleet Management Policy, drives an owned, leased, or personal vehicle frequently in the performance of essential job functions.
