Job Description:

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple teams of project managers, engineers, architects, designers, construction supervisors, quality assurance staff and other professionals in delivering projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, government agencies, stakeholders, and the community to ensure that each project meets its goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive strategies to manage risk, including insurance, bonds, warranties, claims management, and litigation avoidance.
• Lead all phases of project delivery through pre-construction services, design/build, construction management at risk, and public private partnerships.
• Negotiate and administer project agreements with owners, developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and other vendors.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, costs, safety plans, environmental compliance, quality control, and change order management.
• Coordinate all project team members, including construction superintendents, site engineers, inspectors, field technicians, and administrative support personnel.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for senior leadership and project sponsors.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget by monitoring cash flow projections, labor productivity, material usage, and other key performance indicators.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or another relevant field.
• Minimum 5years of experience working as a project manager in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and visual) and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and project management software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently between project sites.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
