This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave and high growth scaling. We anticipate the duration to be between 6-12 months but will depend on business needs.

What will you be doing as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist?
Our Canadian team is home to 130+ outstanding employees across sales, marketing, operations, client servicing, product and engineering – and we’re scaling rapidly! As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll take responsibility for scaling this Hub and delivering all of our hiring needs at pace. You'll apply your specialist knowledge of technical roles and your deep recruitment expertise to find exceptional talent at all levels. You will partner closely with our leaders across the business, advising on hiring strategies and ensuring the successful delivery of all their hiring needs. Finally, you’ll balance quality and efficiency to deliver a fantastic candidate experience while hiring at volume and pace.
