Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, the Customer Success Specialist will engage with the customer base ensuring a positive customer experience on all fronts. The selected candidate will be focused on supporting successful product use, contract, and order management along with customer retention. This role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented professional looking to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment within the technology industry. Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at scale throughout key points in the customer journey.
- Respond to customer requests and issues as the highest priority
- Provide training on customer's request, and when new features are released
- Review signed contracts and related documents for completeness, accuracy, and changes
- Process sales orders and warranty orders
- Prepare data for importing into the CRM
- Prepare account statements
- Review all outstanding open orders, work to resolve and expedite shipment delays and rush orders
- Various reporting for internal and external clients
- Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing work processes and procedures
- Ad Hoc reports and projects as needed
Skills and Experience
- Team player, self-motivated
- 2 to 4 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and macros
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
