What We Offer
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join and support the Americas Data Sales Team. This role is a crucial part of Nasdaq’s Capital Access Platforms business, focusing on building and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.


This is a permanent full-time role based in the NYC offixe.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will provide competitive intelligence, tools, and training to empower the customer-facing team and improve their efficiency. The role reports to the Head of Sales of Americas. 


The tasks may include:
•    Prepare preliminary drafts of briefing materials for client calls and meetings, and perform quality reviews for grammar and formatting
•    Prepare various reports of current and potential clients using multiple databases and systems
•    Support the sales team by producing preliminary data analyses, presentations, basic due diligence market comparison reports, and periodic ad hoc reports, charts, graphs, and presentation data
•    Lightweight client outreach in support of the sales team for administrative purposes (non-revenue generating)
•    Take notes, summarize customer issues, provide phone support, and respond to basic customer inquiries
•    Prepare preliminary sales presentations in PowerPoint and other mediums


What We Expect
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•    Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
•    Quick learner and with good knowledge of MS Office 
•    Collaborative and humble attitude
•    An organized and responsible self-starter
•    Ability to handle administrative and support/secretarial tasks without direct supervision

The base pay range for this role is $51,800 - $86,300. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
