Supervisor Psychiatry​ Service Line - Overlake Medical Center & Clinics

Overlake has an amazing leadership opportunity for a Supervisor of Outpatient and Inpatient Psychiatry​. The Supervisor of the program is accountable to maintain organizational function of the Department by assisting staff and physicians in performance of front office and patient care processes in the program including but not limited to registration, scheduling and health information management.  In collaboration with the manager, oversees the operations of services.  Supervises department staff; assists in budget development and the meeting of budgetary goals.  In collaboration with the Manager, is accountable for ongoing development and implementation of an overall service line marketing plan for growth and maintenance of the referral base.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.  Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of administrative clinic experience required, three years preferred.  One year experience in a mental health setting highly desired.  Supervisory experience preferred.  
• Knowledge of clinic operations required.  Effective verbal and written communication skills.  Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications required.
