Our Network office is located at 401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.
Deliver powerful results
To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Data Systems Associate or Manager with a Bachelor’s Degree, and at least 1-3 years of experience in either analytics/reporting, helpdesk management/troubleshooting, or systems management. Our ideal candidate is fueled by a passion for customer service, end-to-end systems management, and a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Schoolrunner Platform Management
- Serve as the primary administrator of Zeta’s Schoolrunner account, which includes, but is not limited to, maintaining user accounts, creating assessment shells, and executing regular data quality checks
- Ensure timely updates of the platform and quickly troubleshoot issues flagged by school teams as needed
- Escalate situations as appropriate to Schoolrunner’s customer service team to resolve technical issues
- Other Learning Applications Management
- Troubleshoot issues and manage user access to Zeta’s learning platforms
- Identify and analyze data trends, and report out to school-based teams and Network leadership
- Provide regular trainings and office hours to school-based users
- Dashboard and Tools Management:
- Ensure that Zeta maintains accurate dashboards for classwork, homework, and assessments
- Support Creation of School Data Needs:
- Help prepare for regular data needs for schools, including, but not limited to, school health meetings, board meetings, state testing, grant apps/government reporting apps, survey analysis reports, widenet/STAR team meetings, staff, and family survey reports
- Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are hiring for immediate openings and onboarding on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $90,000. The higher end of this range is reserved for more experienced candidates. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience, title, and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. If a candidate is brought in at the Manager level, this position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
