YOUR IMPACT
As the Director, Finance Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap that aligns with our global vision and goals while leading the change management to drive a cultural shift that fosters innovation and collaboration. You will build and manage collaborative working relationships across finance and business functions and leverage your expertise and network to influence decisions. You will seek out different ways to use current and relevant technological advances to enhance our process and tools. Transformation
Influence innovation by collaborating with internal cross-functional finance and business teams to drive transformation roadmaps
Partner with CEO, CFO and Executive team to give direction on identifying key strategic initiatives
Define success factors, own governance, and delivery
Efficiently lead, monitor, and report on multiple concurrent workstreams which will include achieving project milestones, identifying synergies, achieving cost savings, and managing one-time costs
Be a change catalyst capable of aligning strategy, people, process, and technology
Perform assessments to develop insights and action plans to achieve best-in-class performance
Use intellectual agility and superior written and verbal communication to develop presentations, facilitate discussions, and simplify and clearly communicate complex concepts
M&A
Lead post-close integration efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and successful alignment of acquired businesses with our organization Lead development of acquisition key tracking metrics aligned with transaction value drivers and synergy plan to drive performance management
Lead the refinement of integration playbooks that incorporate prior experience and industry best practices across all key workstreams
Establish program governance and drive day-to-day integration execution management including development of integration plans, coaching cross-functional teams, managing weekly integration team meetings, and driving proactive issue resolution
Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams
Ownership of successful translation partnering with CEO/CFO and our Private Equity firm stakeholders
Create roadmap for transaction readiness
Define end state, baseline, current status, align on next steps leading up to the next transaction
Assist in the development and deployment of the strategic operating model
Partner with all functions and leaders to drive readiness and address gaps
Identify and evaluate matters that potentially impact enterprise value
Develop leadership presentations and provide monthly Readout to CEO and Executive team
YOUR EXPERIENCE
7 - 10 years of experience in project management or business process management
Experience in the Tech industry, including software, SaaS, managed services offerings and/or subscription-based business models and solutions go-to-market
Six Sigma certification is highly desired
M&A transaction experience, including experience leading integration efforts
Experience as a project leader for a management consulting company preferred
Proven record of accomplishment of functioning as a trusted advisor to C-level executives Able to build and sustain strong relationships and credibility with key executives, managers, and individual contributors to form effective partnerships Independent and self-motivated, able to initiate and manage multiple projects without supervision
Resilient and adaptable, can cope with high stress and fast-paced environment
Strategic thinking skills with a results-oriented, consultant mindset that is adept in communicating complex ideas and strategies to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated ability of driving change and transformation and experience in large scale project execution
Deep experience in business case development, organization design, operating model design and span of control principles
Project management experience, ability to structure and manage project work independently and own the work you do
