The Role:
In this role you will provide inspirational leadership to Store Managers across your region, developing a shared commitment to deliver regional and wider DTC business goals for UGG.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to communicate and influence localized support and investment for stores within your region.
You’ll act as a Global UGG Brand Ambassador delivering pinnacle brand customer experiences across your stores.
We’re looking for a candidate who will drive operational excellence whilst delivering 100% compliance upholding exceptional retail standards.
Your Impact:
- Act as an inspirational Line manager to Ugg Store Managers, ensuring all teams are aligned with a clear brand vision and measurable business objectives
- Communicate regularly with your stores on a weekly basis via visits, virtual and written correspondence
- Grow store and regional sales year on year and maximize store profitability as well as manage regional new store opening opportunities and refits
- Drive excellence across flagship full price and outlet store business models
- Work collaboratively with the EMEA Retail function to deliver DTC business strategy and goals
- Ensure all business activities are compliant with local laws, regulations, and operating policies in your region
- Drive stores to exceed customer service standards at every customer touch point
- Coach and develop Ugg Store Management to optimize performance and provide succession for the business
- Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Store Management
- Travel regularly within the region and internationally as required
- Champion Deckers values to ensure they are at the core of our business
Who You Are:
- Demonstrates the Decker’s values.
- Ambitiously driven and believes in own ability to lead the UGG brand forward within the EMEA region
- An approachable leader, leading by example and celebrating collaborative success
- You demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence
- You are commercially minded and driven by results
- Able to work flexible hours and travel at short notice in line with the business need
- You have a thorough understanding of all operational procedures and retail compliance measures
- Articulate and able to communicate cross functionally across the EMEA and DTC business
We would Love to Hear from People with:
- Retail management experience in a similar industry
- Experience as an established multi-site manager is a plus
- An understanding of Employee Relations and HR policy and procedure in your region
- Fluency in both French and English is a requirement for this role
- Able to travel across the region frequently and at short notice
