Inside Sales Account Executive Team Lead

Who you are:  

SumUp is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to join our fast-expanding group in our Denver office. You will own the entire sales process from start to finish via warm inbound inquiries, SDR transfers, strategic outreach, and other internal sales tools. Team lead duties will include, but will not be limited to, 1x1s, call coaching, live coaching, lead training, participating in leadership meetings, and building a positive culture through leading from the front. You will be responsible for a group of account executives ensuring key metrics are met. You should have excellent leadership skills, good communication skills, be approachable, and be able to manage conflict and you will also have a strong sense of integrity and the ability to innovate and inspire team members by being a culture carrier and change champion.

This role will be in an in-office role located in our Denver Tech Center office.

  • Strong grasp of the technical processes (SFDC, Gong, Maverick/SumUp Onboarding)
  • Must continue to meet and exceed sales number expectations
  • Self-sufficient and ability to execute in an autonomous work environment 
  • Demonstrate an understanding of an effective sales process
  • Ability to navigate transactional sales environment 
  • Passionate about the success of your team, merchants, and organization 
  • Possess high energy and a strong desire to achieve top results and navigate change with a personable, positive “can-do” attitude via the phone and in person.

Compensation: 

  • On target earnings of 87,000, including a 60,000 base plus commissions.
  • Compensation will be finalized based on the candidate’s experience and location
