Position Summary

The forklift driver transports materials, parts, supplies, and products, typically with a forklift.

Role and Responsibilities

Second Shift- 6:00PM- 2:40AM

+ Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
+ Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped.
+ Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment
+ Identify safety hazards in the workplace.
+ Removes used item(s) such as pallets and trash bins from production/packaging/warehouse areas.
+ Move parts, product, or other items physically or with a forklift, tugger, or other vehicle.
+ Maintain accurate records of quantities, pack size and description
+ All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Second Shift- 6:00PM- 2:40AM

REQUIRED:
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English
• The ability to stand up for 8 - 10 hours a day required
• Overtime opportunities possible
• The ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis 
• The ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Must be age 18 or older
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Minimum 3 years of work experience driving a forklift
• Valid drivers’ license
