WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We are seeking a IT Helpdesk Specialist who is eager to contribute to a vibrant and innovative company.

As part of the team, you will report to the ****Head of Internal IT & Security, provide quick and effective assistance to our team and Sao Paulo office, and guide users remotely and in person through systems and equipment configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 🚀

  • Employee laptop maintenance: prepare laptops for new team members, update existing ones, and fix equipment issues.
  • Office network wired and WiFi equipment maintenance: find workaround solutions and participate in issue resolution — only in case of serious issues.
  • Office equipment maintenance (printers, zoom rooms, TVs, etc.)
  • Peripheral equipment maintenance: support requests from order placement to “Can you give me a new keyboard, please?”.
  • Offline office events support: setup audio, projectors/TVs, microphones, and cameras. Tech support during the events.
  • IT equipment inventory.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance including employees in other locations. Resolve user IT requests such as access management and software installs on a daily basis.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 💥

Must haves:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of modern OS (MacOS mainly, some Windows).
  • Experience with computer maintenance in a corporate (managed) environment.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Good understanding of computers, mobile devices, other tech products, and peripherals (Apple preferred).
  • Basic network understanding: switching, routing, layered models.
  • Basic wireless network understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • User-oriented and cool-tempered.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese.

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of *nix.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience working with MDM solutions, including Jamf Pro and MS Intune.
  • Good knowledge of the leading SaaS tools, such as Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, and Miro.
