A Senior Manager of Settlement Administration & Business Development will be responsible for directing and implementing EisnerAmper’s national marketing and growth initiatives in the class action, mass tort and mass arbitration markets by performing a variety of duties related to identifying, developing and maintaining client relationship, understand and communicate EisnerAmper’s Settlement Administration services and other business services as necessary.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Direct and implement EisnerAmper’s national marketing and growth initiatives in the class action, mass tort, and mass arbitration markets by identifying and developing new client relationships and maintaining existing client relationships.
Develop a complete understanding of EisnerAmper’s Settlement Administration Services in order to market to, and educate, new and existing clients regarding EisnerAmper’s Settlement Administration Services and other business services as necessary.
Deliver and product updates related to the strategic management of EisnerAmper’s client relationships in the Settlement Administration Services area.
Conduct continual follow–up with new and existing clients to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue.
Respond to Requests for Proposal and assist in the Request for Proposal process; draft proposals and estimates as required.
Engage in routine dialogue with team members to coordinate and strategize on new business opportunities, client meetings, and other business development activities.
Develop and maintain an accurate list of prospects and clients in EisnerAmper’s client relationship management system and provide reports on a regular basis.
Attend industry conferences and other travel to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Deliver speeches and presentations at local and national industry events and continuing education seminars.
Develop written content for local and national industry publications.
Active participation in local and/or national bar association committees related to the class action litigation practice area.
Coordinate and collaborate with marketing department to plan client events and activities
Monitor workload to meet billable hour expectations and performs timely reviews of work products prior to submission to a supervisor.
Maintains the required CPE for firm and licensing requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an approved related field is required.
5+ years of related experience in consulting and advisory services, sales and business development is required.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications
Experience and relationships in the legal settlement administration market is preferred.
Prior experience with various types of class action, mass tort, and/or mass arbitration settlement programs is preferred.
Project management experience is preferred.
Experience in business development and service line growth is preferred.
Posess the capacity to quickly understanding new concepts, workflows, and systems.
Ability to create proposition material and conduct presentations to professionals in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Professionally and appropriately communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and proactive nature.
Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Able to work in a highly organized manner within a fast-paced, innovative, and continuously changing environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Computer literate with the capability of performing at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
