The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for Bell Captain, who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the Guest Services Manager.

 

Responsibilities

• The Bell Captain assists guest with their arrival and departure experience; makes necessary deliveries to and pick ups from guest rooms, transports guests and hotel packages, faxes, envelopes and parcels.
• Extends guidance and training to bell persons working closely with other departments in the hotel to ensure a superior guest experience.

 

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2-4years experience in Rooms division or as a Bell captain preferable.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area.
• Excellent language skills in both the Korean & English language
• College degree preferably specializing in hospitality

 

Visa Requirements

• Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
