About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:

Supervise control room officers
Monitor CCTV footage to ensure that assets are protected, to detect any signs of a security breach
Escalate issues if any to relevant MSS managers
Maintain logs, completing necessary paperwork and use of computer systems
Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries
Skills & experience
Full Australian Working Rights
Current VIC Security Licence with control room licence
Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
Victorian drivers licence
Current First Aid and CPR
Working With Childrens Check(or willing to obtain)
Availability to work a rotating roster
Control room experience required
