    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
● Average English communication skills
● Must be willing to work onsite 
● Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends - Critical working days and graveyard schedules

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
● Windows-based PC skills
● Multi-tasking
● Customer service
● Be enthusiastic and thrive under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
● Have excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
● Ability to manage high volume of inquiries
