Technical Trainer, Greater Cincinnati or Greater Detroit Area

Job Description

Axis is looking for a Technical Trainer to help support the Greater Cincinnati or Greater Detroit area in presentations, educational courses, webinars and Podcasts to further the advancement of Axis products and IP network cameras.

 

 

What You’ll Do Here…

• Consistently research and build awareness of specific industries need for Axis products and associated technologies
• Deliver courses, webinars and Podcasts
• Maintain training center and equipment
• Update training materials
• Perform needs analysis for course development
• Conduct customer evaluations
• Serve as Axis diplomat on training and new product initiatives
• Perform other related duties when assigned
• Travel both nationally and internationally on short notice

What You’ll Need …

Education / Teaching experience

4 years related experience

IP Technical background or a passion for it

Knowledge of Network Surveillance/CCTV

Knowledge in Networking technologies – switching or routing

· Expected travel time for this position is approximately 65-75%.

Target Salary

The approximate pay range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 OTE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
