What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Consultant on our Federal Professional Services Consulting team, you will provide technical and consultative guidance for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements and deliver technical architectural design, strategies and solutions for engagements.
You will:
Work with internal stakeholders, external customers, and users to design, develop and maintain custom software solutions to meet their operational needs
Evolve and help promote our Solution and Systems
Practice and facilitate Human-Centered Design (Design Thinking) methodologies
Develop highly available and highly scalable applications which will be used by both internal and external customers
Most work will be performed remotely, but there could be up to 30% travel required

Essential Requirements:
8+ years of IT professional services consulting or application development experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and formal software development training and/or equivalent experience
Strong proficiency in C# and another programming language (e.g., React, JavaScript, Python, GO, C++) and hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Solid experience with GitOps principles and tools (e.g., Argo CD, Flux), as well as proficiency in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
Excellent understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Applicants need to be US Citizens and need to have a Department of Defense (DOD) Security Clearance, or be willing to obtain
Desirable Requirements:
Experience with and application of DevSecOps fundamentals and/or tools
Exposure to standards like IRIG 106 (CH10, CH4, CH8, 1553, ARINC429), DARv3, TMATS, as well as SQL standards
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $117,000 - $206,250.
