JOB SUMMARY

Manage the building staff in absence of the Senior Facility Manager. Overseeing the overall facility management in terms of technicalities, financials and day-to-day operations. Responsible in managing the task distribution to the team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Managing all the soft services, technical services for the client.
  • Managing financials and procurement.
  • Oversees and manage the technical staff’s daily operation consisting of corrective and preventive maintenance.
  • Plan, schedule major repairs, and remodeling or construction project for properties.
  • Operation, staff, and workflow management.
  • Oversees the reception, mailroom, and supplies management.
  • Perform other duties assigned.
     

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in commercial or industrial real estate with facility management experience required. 1-year supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Experience in maintenance, construction, engineering, and all facets of property operation and building management is preferred.
  • CMMS/Work Order Management experience is preferred.

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Financial acumen and analytical thinking.
  • Knowledge of property market dynamics and regulatory landscape.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. May be required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
