We’re seeking a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with deep expertise across Azure workloads, including AI, Applications, Infrastructure, and Data, who is passionate about solving complex challenges and helping enterprise customers accelerate their digital transformation. In this senior, customer-facing role, you’ll lead strategic technical engagements, advise C-level executives, and partner with Customer Success Leaders to shape and execute cloud strategies that drive innovation and business value. You’ll guide customers through architecture design, deployment, and operational excellence, helping them scale AI solutions, modernize applications, and optimize infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with IT Executives and business leaders to shape their Cloud and AI strategy, acting as a technical advisor and champion for their success.

  • Identify the business priorities of customer decision-makers to ensure that your activities and recommendations are relevant to their needs.

  • Actively promote strategic initiatives that support the success of the customer project while consistently engaging in risk mitigation efforts.

  • Lead architectural design sessions and guide the implementation of secure, scalable, and resilient solutions using Microsoft’s best practices and frameworks like CAF and WAF.

  • Drive technical excellence across Azure workloads—including AI, Apps, Infra, and Data—ensuring mission-critical workloads are optimized for performance, security, and production-scale AI readiness.

  • Own the end-to-end technical governance for a defined set of strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with customer success plans and maximizing the value of Microsoft investments.

  • Accelerate Azure consumption and customer outcomes, resolving technical blockers, and providing delivery oversight for key engagements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to design impactful delivery proposals and support execution with clarity and confidence.

  • Inspire customer innovation by helping them adopt AI at scale, guiding them through their transformation journey with confidence and clarity.

  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously developing your skills, aligning with business priorities, and contributing to a culture of learning and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Technical experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management.

  • 10+ years’ experience with customer-facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, IT consulting, on-premises and cloud support or consulting for enterprise and/or government customer base, and advanced troubleshooting.

  • Understanding of Architecture and Strategy.

  • Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises and cloud environments.

  • Familiar with Microsoft enterprise software product offerings.

  • Expertise in Virtualization and Cloud Technologies

  • Strong hands-on experience with Hyper-V 2016+ and SCVMM 2016+

  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Stack HCI 22H2+ and Azure Arc

  • Proficiency in Virtualization migrations (e.g., VMware to Hyper-V)

  • Solid Windows Server Knowledge

  • Hands on with Windows Server 2012 R2–2025

  • Failover Clustering and Storage Spaces Direct

  • Active Directory configuration and policy management

  • Scripting and Automation

  • Proficiency in PowerShell 5.x and Core 7.x

Optional Skills

  • Familiarity with Azure IaaS, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery

  • Experience with backup tools (Veeam, Commvault, Zerto)

  • Exposure to SCOM, SCDPM, SCCM/MECM, SQL Server on VMs

  • Basic networking and storage solution skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

The base salary range for this position is $106,000 - $140,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
