SMX + Creoal is seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Professional Services Manager to lead our Cloud EPM project delivery team and ensure exceptional client outcomes. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate resource project assignments, provide overall guidance to your team of EPM implementors, and perform delivery work for our clients across the commercial and public sectors. This is a hybrid role supporting our Newtown, PA office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage project assignments of EPM team resources.
  • Perform as a lead EPM implementation resource on projects across the commercial and public sectors
  • Support sales activities including leading discovery calls, performing demonstrations, providing proposal content
  • Provide professional guidance and technical direction to your team of resources
  • Identify and support training and/or professional development needs of your team of resources.

Required Skills & Experience 

  • This role requires a combination of technical expertise, consulting skills, and leadership skills. Key requirements include:
  • Technical and Consulting Expertise: Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud modules.  Demonstrated ability to lead Cloud EPM implementation work streams. Strong preference for minimum 5 years hands on implementation of the Cloud EPM product suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead implementation teams, manage competing priorities, and ensure quality of work product.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration with other internal stakeholders (Project Manager, Sales team, Delivery teams) as well as client business stakeholders. 
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex issues and drive innovative solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the latest Oracle EPM technologies and standard processes self-guided learning and certification.

The proposed salary for this position is:
$145,300$232,400 USD
