Parexel FSP is excited to announce two openings within our Clinical Operations Team in Germany. These roles are dedicated to a single sponsor and will support the Experimental Medicine (Early Clinical Trials) team, focusing on Inflammation or Pulmonology studies.

Role Purpose

As a Clinical Trial Leader (CTL), you will play a pivotal role within the clinical delivery team, taking ownership of a specific trial within the Evidence Network. You will provide leadership and strategic direction to the trial team, ensuring successful delivery against defined milestones and KPIs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Steering and directing all clinical trial activities.

  • Driving patient and site engagement initiatives.

  • Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Leading global, multi-country, or regional teams to achieve trial objectives.

  • Trial Preparation.

  • Trial Conduct.

  • Trial Closeout and Reporting.

Expertise Required:

  • Clinical specialization in Pulmonology, Allergy, Immunology, Inflammation, or related fields with a focus on early clinical development.

  • Strong clinical trial project management experience.

  • Proven clinical/pharma experience

  • In-depth understanding of project management principles and team leadership

  • Experience managing international or global trials

  • Master’s degree preferred (but not essential)
