Saint Luke's Neurology offers the region’s most respected neurologists who work together to diagnose and treat the full spectrum of neurological conditions. In addition to providing stroke coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our team includes sub specialists in the fields of Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, sleep disorders, migraines, Parkinson’s disease, and other movement disorders.
We are hiring an RN Clinical Supervisor in our Neurology Clinic. This position manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned and supervises assigned clinical departments and staff. Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies, QA regulatory compliance, OSHA, maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings. Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions, discipline and staff evaluations. Assist clinical staff as needed. Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
KS & MO RN License required; if the ideal candidate does not possess dual licensure at time of offer, he/she may be given an offer contingent upon completion of dual licensure within 90 days of start. BLS required.
Required:
RN required (Licensed in Kansas and Missouri)
Bachelor's Degree
Basic Life Support (BLS)
ACLS Preferred
Preferred Experience:
Minimum of three years of acute care nursing
Previous Neuroscience nursing experience
Knowledge of general computer skills including EPIC
Applicable Experience:
