Job Description:

Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area. 

As a Clinical Supervisor for Inpatient Services, you will be responsible and accountable for the operational decision making for hospital operations during off-shifts. Develops and promotes collaborative and collegial relationships with physicians and interdepartmental personnel in order to enhance hospital operations and liaisons between management and the off-shift staff. This professional licensed staff position meets the highest level of professionalism consistent with a Magnet hospital.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hire. MSN is preferred.

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

At least three years of work experience as a RN

 

 

Pay Range:

$38.19 - $95.63

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
