Required Education:

Associate Degree or Equivalent Experience

Description

1. Conducts screening procedures for study enrollment eligibility. Recruits subjects for participation in research studies. Obtains consent/assent for research participation

2. Performs delegated study interventions. Coordinates research and subject care activities to ensure that needs are met and that care is provided based on established priorities and according to protocol and institutional standards.

3. Collects and records study specific subject data on the case report forms from source documentation.

4. Serves as a clinical/research resource to subjects, families, and other healthcare providers regarding the special needs of the study and subject/family.

5. Provides on call coverage for research subjects as scheduled.

6. Receives and directs phone calls from subjects/families, investigators/research team, and sponsors.

7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
