Reports to Team Leader or Patient Access Manager. The Clinical Patient Access Specialist is primarily responsible for relaying reviewed normal, expected, or abnormal results to patients. The Clinical Patient Access Specialist will successfully manage large amounts of inbound calls while ensuring all pertinent medical information and care needs for patients are identified, documented, and communicated to the provider. The Clinical Patient Access Specialist is always responsible for creating a positive impression with patients, family members and other callers.Job Description:

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: One year of experience in area of certification in a clinical setting.

An approved credential such as LPN, CMA, RMA, EMT.
