We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh Philippines, Inc. This role will be based in Taguig City, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Client Managers are accountable for driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction within a portfolio of complex, high-priority accounts. They represent the firm by aligning client strategies and needs with MMC’s capabilities and resources. Their responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, serving as trusted advisors, pursuing new business opportunities, and broadening the range of MMC products and services utilized by clients. A Client Relationship Management Specialist is an experienced, independent contributor whose efforts directly influence the team’s success.
We will count on you to:
Act as the primary contact for day-to-day communication for large or complex accounts, managing correspondence and maintaining ongoing client interactions, ensuring service quality, and protecting the firm from Errors & Omissions.
Develop a deep understanding of client businesses through research and industry analysis, and prepares comprehensive client-facing documents such as white papers, financial analyses, presentations, and proposals to support sales and account development.
Support account management by handling billing transactions, coordinating calendars and timelines, liaising between senior professionals and clients, and ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.
Address and resolve account issues promptly, using judgment to escalate complex problems to senior colleagues when necessary, while ensuring compliance.
Gather and report client relationship insights to senior colleagues, providing context and recommendations to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Builds and maintains professional relationships with client counterparts and maintains knowledge of the company’s services and market trends to support sales and service delivery.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field, with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the insurance industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and partners.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
