Skills:

  • Hungarian language mandatory

  • Communication skills

  • Very good level of English

  • Advanced PC knowledge with MS office applications

  • Customer oriented mindset 

  • Outstanding organizational skills, time management, ability to plan and manage various tasks simultaneously

  • Able to follow internal operational policies and to work in a multinational environment

  • Team player

  • Hungarian language mandatory

Responsibilities:

  • Implements cash management deals and products

  • Coordinates the account opening  and -  closures

  • active participation in implementation, service reviews

  • support client adoption and KYC reviews

  • implement List of Conditions

  • Gives adequate information about banking activity and cash management solutions

  • Deals with customer complaints accurately and in a timely fashion

  • Delivers electronic banking related services

  • Collaborates with local and global stakeholders

  • Full compliance with the Bank's rules and regulations. Completion of compulsory training by required deadline.
