OVERVIEW:

The Client Care Specialist I is essential to the success of our department, serving as a key driver in achieving group sales goals. This role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience that is not only responsive and positive but also aligned with the reputation our brand has built. By fostering strong relationships with groups and advisors, the Client Care Specialist ensures that we are not only retaining existing clients but also positioning ourselves favorably for new business opportunities. Their support to our account executives in pursuing these opportunities further enhances our service quality and solidifies our commitment to building lasting partnerships within the market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Relationship Management

  • Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with advisors and plan administrators.

  • Build trust and credibility by ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries to minimize complaints and reduce plan cancellations.

Client Service

  • Deliver responsive and high-quality service to assigned accounts via phone, email, in-person meetings, and virtual platforms.

  • Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from plan administrators, advisors, and members.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client requests.

Plan Administration

  • Manage requests for plan revisions, terminations, and cancellations in collaboration with Account Executives (AEs) and Client Success Managers (CSMs).

  • Lead and document the end-to-end enrollment process, acting as the primary liaison between clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Coordinate internal documentation and handle non-pricing and related administrative requests.

Training & Education

  • Provide support for training sessions for plan administrators and members on best practices and ongoing plan management when requested.

  • Assist in maintain training materials and resources to support client education.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
