The primary purpose of this role is to clean and tidy all areas within the Salvation Army buildings in the South West for about 3 to 10 hours per week

About the role

As a Cleaner, this is your opportunity to clean and tidy all areas within the Salvation Army buildings that makeup the South-West area so that relevant standards of hygiene and safety are met and in accordance at all times .

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, this is a casual position based in Bunbury, WA offering up to 10 hours per week.


How you will make an impact

  • Clean all parts and areas of the buildings as per the cleaning schedule.

  • Clean pool vehicles (inside and outside) as required.

  • Stock all cleaning supplies and equipment and order as required or reports to relevant staff for ordering.

  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and maintained in good working order.

  • Ensure there are adequate supplies of chemicals in stock necessary to be able to carry out all cleaning duties.

What you will bring

  • Relevant experience in cleaning industry preferred.

  • Knowledge of Work Health and Safety Practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as in a team and with minimum supervision.

  • Current WA Drivers licence
