  • Job Purpose/summary :
  • Provide Incident and Claims handling support for H&M/P&I matters across Group.
  • Handle administrative tasks for effective claims handling and data management using requisite system & processes.   
  • Key responsibilities

    List the 8-12 key responsibilities
  • Handling incidents and claims in co-operation with internal stakeholders and external insurers.
  • Appointing appropriate experts, surveyors, on timely basis.
  • Support Data management initiatives within department for claims and loss prevention activities.
  • Assist in driving key objectives for the team. 
  • To assist in reviewing/adjusting Invoicing from P&I Clubs, Underwriters, Brokers, and other vendors.
  • Manage total cost of risk (“TCOR”) reporting within the vessel claims sphere.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for claims managers.
