About the SJ/SMEC:
SMEC, a member of the Surbana Jurong (SJ) Group, is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from seasoned professionals for a conditional PMC / PMO assignment in Kuwait.

This long-term government-led institutional development initiative focuses on Construction Management (CM) and the delivery of college and institute campuses, supporting national education infrastructure and modernization goals.

The engagement is conditional upon project award, and shortlisted candidates will be considered for inclusion during the proposal phase, with formal offers issued upon award confirmation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
  • 15–25 years of relevant experience, depending on the position.
  • Mandatory: Proven CM experience in Colleges / Institutes / Campus Developments (past 5 years).
  • Strong PMC/PMO delivery exposure with GCC project experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Availability to mobilize within 1–2 months post-award.
